Rear of my X5 had been sitting low for weeks. Three garages had quoted a full air-suspension kit. These guys diagnosed a single failed rear spring on ISTA in under an hour and did the job properly for about a third of the original quote. Car sits level again and has for 8 months now. Genuinely expert.

CBS vehicle inspection plus all-round pads and discs on my 330d. Fixed price quoted in advance, done in a day, OEM-spec parts and CBS reset on ISTA same as a main dealer would. Half the price of a West End retailer. I will not be going anywhere else.

My 330i was juddering between 1st and 2nd at light throttle. Booked in for the ZF 8HP fluid service. Collected the car the next day — silky smooth. They explained exactly what had happened (the “lifetime fill” story and why it does not work) and did not try to upsell me anything else. First class.

520d was going into limp mode intermittently. Main dealer wanted £350 just to scan it. These guys did a full ISTA / Rheingold scan for £85, found a failed crankshaft sensor, quoted fairly and fixed it the same day. Professional from start to finish.

I run a couple of X5s and the AdBlue countdown on one of them was going to put the car off the road in 700 miles. Fixed — properly, not a delete — in a day. Failed NOx sensor and a partly-crystallised AdBlue injector. They understand London diesel work.

Had them inspect an F80 M3 before I bought it. Found a cooling leak the seller had said was “just a sensor”. Saved me from a four-figure mistake. Price for the ISTA inspection was very fair.
