What the oil-service band includes

Correct LL-01/LL-04 (or later FE) oil, OEM-spec filter, checks, microfilter if due, ISTA CBS reset. 1/2/3 Series four-cylinders sit at the bottom of the band; X5/7 Series at the top. If someone in London quotes £149, ask which Longlife number went in.

Inspection, plugs and brake fluid

Inspection adds brake fluid, air filter when due, plugs on petrol CBS, and the longer checklist. Spark plugs can add £100–£180 depending on engine. We list them on the quote. Dealer “menu prices” that double when extra CBS items appear are the trap; we put extras on the first email.

Diagnostics, DPF, 8HP

Diagnostics is £85. DPF clean versus replace is data-driven. 8HP service is a planned extra, not a surprise add-on on collection. Air-spring quotes are per corner after a leak test — not a mythical “full kit” by default.
